Year 2000 onwards we are very actively involved in the shipbuilding industry and have leased and managed shipyards in Far East, Philippines, India, Bangladesh and have so far built various types of vessels including but not limited to AHTS, DPS2, Aluminium Crew Boats (HSC), Utility Boats,  OSVs, Landing Crafts, Container Vessels, Tankers etc under IACS.

From our vast experience, the company have JV shipyard located in Goa India. This multi-purpose yard, providing integrated ship building, repairs, and all other associated services.

Our Shipbuilding Division focuses on newbuilding of all types of Marine Vessels under IACS, including but not limited to AHTS, DPS2, Aluminium Crew Boats (HSC), Utility Boats,  OSVs, Landing Crafts, Container Vessels, Tankers etc. We have the best infrastructure to handle all ship building and repairs requirements adhered to the highest standards of quality in the industry.
